One 2 One Session

Park/Home/Work

30min/1 Hour Duration consisting of warm up/running/core exercises/drills/warm down.


Probably the main area of our work and the area we find most rewarding as this is where our clients get the best benefits and the most out of their sessions.  In one 2 one sessions we can really individualise the sessions and work at a pace that you are comfortable with to achieve the best possible results.  One 2 one sessions can be undertaken at your house or work or outdoor in one of the local parks... be prepared to get muddy!

 

Prices:

£30.00 for 1 Session

£140.00 for 5 Sessions

£250.00 for 10 Sessions

£400.00 for 20 Sessions


In just 3-months Sophie worked wonders

not only helping me loose weight but also feeling good about myself.  I now feel comfortable and confident with my size and weight and I am looking forward to showing off my new beach body this summer! Her sessions are also varied and Sophie has a great way of getting that little bit extra out of you no matter how tired and un-motivated you feel.

No taper, and on feet most of the Running Fitness course on Saturday - result - I had a stonking run, went really well, even scored club points and beat 2 people from club I'm usually not close to.. That Thursday sessions and the hills really helped. Thx!

39.10 for 6.1 miles.. would've gone sub 40 on full 10k and PB-ed without any taper.
